I was originally inspired by Max Hueber's new book cover. It's what started the poster a day concept. With my love of colour and my lack of knowledge in how they all work together in blissful harmony, I set upon the task of conquering the horribly scary world of colour palettes through trial and error. I've tried to emulate the effect of a screen print. I regret to this day that I never took screen printing more seriously at Uni. The computer doesn't really live up to the organic nature of the hand's on technique. Perhaps the study fairy will visit me once again and whisper oh so gently in my ear that I should do another course...this time in screen printing.
